I am suffering from irregular heart beat and I am a bit concerned. Been to docs and the keep sayin git's normal. But the last ECG I had the docs recommmended I take aspirin- Jus want to know waht I can do to resolve the regular heartbeat?

Hi DEE,
Irregular heart beating or palpitation, is caused by various emotions, exertion or smoking to exess - tobacco or canabis. Palpitation may also be a symptom of hearth disease or of goitre (thyroid gland disorder). You could control the first three reasons, but if you have heart or thyroid disease you should ask your health advisor to investigate for either condition.
