I've been doing some research on bioavailable selenium, having found that selenomethione is all but inert in Vivo. I'm loathe to go the Selenium Yeast route, since I *may* have a yeast sensitivity (and why risk a reaction to even a dead yeast cell?)
That leaves Sodium Selenite (as beloved by Edgar Drake) and Sodium Selenate. Selenite has a reaction with Vit C, that renders it inert, thus leaving Selenate.
I can find US sources, but not a single UK one.
Anyone got any ideas?
