It seems that many of you are lacking in energy and struggling to cope with feeling tired and worn out for much of the time.

While fatigue is a normal response to physical exertion, emotional stress or lack of sleep, ongoing fatigue can be a sign of a more serious problem such as anaemia, chronic pain, an underactive thyroid, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome (which causes debilitating tiredness accompanied by mental confusion, depression and aching muscles or joints), diabetes, cancer and auto-immune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus. Because tiredness can mask such a wide range of complaints it is important to consult your GP if youve been experiencing fatigue for several months in order to rule out an underlying problem, which would require specific treatment.

However, for fatigue that is not related to a serious medical condition, there are several ways you can beat it and increase your energy levels. The most obvious yet important being to ensure youre getting enough sleep each night and that you follow a healthy diet that includes plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition, make sure youre properly hydrated by drinking at least two litres of water each day as dehydration soon zaps your energy reserves. Daily exercise can also help and even taking a brisk walk for as little as half an hour each day can make a huge difference to your ability to get up and go, as it stimulates your circulation, strengthens your muscles, boosts your metabolism and eliminates toxins that contribute to muscle fatigue. Take steps to reduce stress too by taking up yoga or meditation to help you relax.

In a recently published clinical trial, participants ranging in age from 55 to 92 years of age had their mitochondrial function measured before, during and after using NT Factor. This combining procedure, called the phytosome process, has been scientifically shown to deliver up to 10 times more of the herbs active ingredient into your bloodstream and therefore your liver where it can get to work.

Dr Michael T Murray, one of the worlds leading authorities on natural medicine says,  ...Silymarin is a potent liver-protecting substance, useful in all types of liver disease... Although silymarin is quite effective clinically, it is not very bioavailable (it is hard for the body to absorb). In contrast, binding one molecule of silymarin with two molecules of phosphatidylcholine in the Phytosome process creates a highly bioavailable new form of silymarin. The Phytosome form is far superior to simple silymarin in every respect.

What to take for best results
When taking Fatigue Relief Plus you may notice an increase in energy within as little as three days. However, most people begin to experience benefits over the course of 10 to 28 days. These effects are cumulative and progressive and depend on regular use.

For reversing mild fatigue, take two tablets twice a day with food. For moderate fatigue, take two tablets three times a day. For severe fatigue, take two tablets four times a day.
