Insomnia: The Remarkable Stress-Relieving Formula That Helps Beat Insomnia And May Even Slow Down The Ageing Process
Its not just the racing thoughts and worries that keep you lying awake at night when youre stressed. Seditols manufacturer, Next Pharmaceuticals has a patented proprietary blend of magnolia, which it originally intended to market solely as a stress reliever. Magnolia bark is rich in two biphenol compounds, magnolol and honokiol, which are thought to contribute to the primary anti-stress and cortisol-lowering effects of the plant.

One study of 149 men aged between 16 and 83 found that age-related changes in sleep quality were linked to specific changes in several hormones. As sleep quality and quantity declined, levels of cortisol increased.

This particular study didnt elaborate on those benefits, but you already know that waking up after a good nights sleep can go a long way in helping you feel better physically and emotionally. And now that this evidence points to rising cortisol levels as the main culprit behind increasing instances of insomnia, its nice to know that there is a simple, safe, and all natural option for reversing this aspect of ageing in the form of Seditol.
